Sour Cream Chicken Enchilladas

Ingredients:
About 2 cups chicken
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
2 small cans of diced green chilis
1 Pint sour cream
24 corn or flour tortillas
1 tsp chili powder
Grated cheese (lots)
Green onions cut up

Directions:
1. Mix soup, sour cream, chilies and chili powder and cook over low heat.

2. If using corn tortillas, soften in oil, if using flour tortillas - just use as is. Place small amount of chicken, cheese and onins on one edge of tortillas and roll up - then place in loaf pan. When pan is full, spread sour cream mix over the top and top with grated cheese. Cover loosely with foil.

3. Bake at 350 degrees - 10 minutes covered then remove foil and bake another 10 minutes uncovered. Makes 2 dozen
