EVERYONE LOVES NACHO DIP

Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup (250g brick) cream cheese
salsa (your choice on degrees of hotness)
shredded lettuce
jalapeno peppers (optional)
tomatoes (optional)
shredded cheddar cheese (I like to mix the orange and white)
nacho chips

Directions:
Mix sour cream and cream cheese together. (best results if you use an electric mixer)
Spread evenly on the bottom of a casserole dish.
Spread your salsa on top. Hint- not too heavy on the salsa as sometimes it can make it to sloppy.
Add your choice of toppings in layers.
Last add the shredded cheese.
Can be kept overnight on the fridge.

Make lots, it tends to go fast!
